We are aware of the current shortage of “Chalav Yisrael” supervised yellow cheese, which is the result of a change in management and operations at Dairy World. Milk, soft cheese and other dairy products are still being manufactured. We have had some new applications for yellow cheese production and these should be available in the near future.
