New Manufacturer of Chalav Yisrael products, Genuine Foods
• Genuine Foods milk is FRESH (not long-life), PASTEURISED, and CHALAV YISRAEL, under the supervision of the Johannesburg Beth Din.
• Genuine Foods also produces and sells mozzarella, cream cheese, yoghurt and butter, as well as some certified-organic products
• At this stage,Genuine Foods milk is only available from its premises: Shop 5, Chestnut Hill, corner Birt Street and Durham Street (behind Woolworths Food; near Trevor’s Butchery, next to Harvey World).
• At this stage, only cash is accepted.
• Shop hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 to 13:00 Friday and Sunday.
