No-Bake Frozen creamy dreamy biscuit dessert…And it’s Parev!
This delight is the perfect sweet dessert to freeze in prep for a just as sweet Rosh Hashanah treat!
- BASE LAYER CRUST: Crush 150g biscuits until fine. Mix with 2 Tbsp margarine until well combined. Pat down into the bottom of a dish. Refrigerate while doing step 2
- MIDDLE LAYER BISCUIT CREAM: Whip one bottle of Orley Whip until stiff peaks form. Add 5ml vanilla essence, 1/4 to 1/2 icing sugar and 150g coarsely chopped biscuits. Mix until well combined. Pour over the base, flatten out and place in the freezer.
- TOP LAYER GENACHE: Heat 1 Orley Whip with 150g chocolate chips/chopped chocolate. Mix until melted and smooth. Pour over the frozen biscuit cream. Cover with plastic wrap taking care not to touch the chocolate. Freeze. Allow to soften before serving or just refrigerate for a couple hours. You can garnish with crushed biscuits or in any way you please.
