Bircher muesli is my favourite breakfast. It is great as you prepare it the night before and it is ready when you wake up.
Ingredients
- Combine oats, milk, apple juice and lemon juice in a bowl. Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning add the grated apple, honey, yoghurt and cinnamon and mix well (if you don’t have time do it in the morning, do it all the night before).
