Halachic standards and oversight are governed by the Dayanim of the Beth Din of South Africa, comprised of Dayan Dovid Baddiel, Dayan Gidon Fox, Dayan Yoel Smith, and Dayan Mordechai Liebenberg.
Our work is powered by a cutting-edge data management system called KIMS (Kosher Internal Management System) which tracks and maintains certification information of over 1,000 companies and tens of thousands of products and ingredients. We also certify more than 80 food services across the country — including bakeries, butcheries, restaurants, delis, caterers and safari lodges. Additionally we certify and manage the kosher slaughter of beef, lamb and chicken.
