This salad is a wonderful, fresh accompaniment to any main course. It can be served for dinner or lunch. The purple cabbage just adds a dash of colour to all the green vegetables. Delicious!
Ingredients
- Place all ingredients into a large platter or bowl. Dress the salad with the juice of 2 lemons and ½ cup of olive oil
- And 6 or 7 grinds of salt and pepper. Great for Pesach and during the year.
