I come from a big boisterous family who love cooking. This is one of my Auntie Lee’s specialties.

Ingredients

3 racks of smoked beef ribs
⅓ cup of sticky brown sugar
2 teaspoons of mustard powder
2 teaspoons of crushed garlic
7 tablespoons of white vinegar
1 teaspoon of minced ginger
¾ cup of soya sauce
1 cup of chutney

    Start Cooking

  1. Combine all ingredients and pour over the ribs and marinade for a few hours or overnight.
  2. Roast in a preheated 200-degree oven for around 45 minutes or until your liking.
