This guide offers you five nights of creative, satisfying, and nutritious vegetarian meals that are easy to prepare and packed with flavor.

INGREDIENTS:

1 pack pasta, cooked according to package instructions, drained
1 head of fresh broccolini
6-8 cloves of garlic, chopped
2-3 tbsp olive oil
½ cup pasta water
½ tbsp dry chili flakes (optional)

    START COOKING

  1. Warm up a wide skillet on a medium-high heat. Place olive oil and garlic and sauté for 30-50 seconds until golden brown. Add the broccolini and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the ¼-½ cup pasta water along with the cooked pasta and mix. Season once more with salt and pepper and optionally chilli flakes. Add vegan parmesan cheese or lemon zest if you wish.
  3. Enjoy!
